Through group negotiating power, TCS Members gain access to inventory, pricing, and deposit terms that individual buyers rarely see.
Our relationship with TCS is one of the most expansive in the studio, spanning the company's core digital platform, advertising campaigns, individual development microsites, marketing graphics, and video production. Every touchpoint in the TCS ecosystem has passed through Octarine, from the investor-facing website to the materials that greet prospective members at private events and development launches.
The brief across all work is consistent: convey authority, exclusivity, and trust to a sophisticated investor audience that has seen everything. The visual language we've built for TCS is premium without being ostentatious: navy blue authority, clean typographic hierarchy, and photography that communicates the quality of the developments they represent.
